Performance and Reporting Engineer

About the role

The Performance and Reporting Engineer will be responsible for end‑to‑end performance monitoring and reporting of mobile networks across Saudi Arabia. You will design, develop and automate dashboards that provide actionable insights for operational efficiency and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage network monitoring and reporting aligned with KPIs, KQIs and SLAs for all network domains (Access, Backhaul, Core, Transport).
• Develop and maintain Power BI, Tableau and web‑based dashboards for service and node‑level performance.
• Automate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Analyse RAN counters, investigate KPI degradations and produce root‑cause reports for repeated faults.
• Coordinate special‑event network readiness (e.g., Hajj, Ramadan, major sports events) and manage contingency and congestion mitigation plans.
• Support the handover from network delivery to operations, ensuring compliance with fault handling, escalation and SLA processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in telecom performance management and reporting.
• Proven ability to work with network operations teams and deliver accurate performance insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in fault categorisation and SLA compliance assessment.

Required skills

• UPM (Unified Performance Management) tool.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Tableau for dashboard creation.
