Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the role

The Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of performance measurement systems for large‑scale projects, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee collection, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators across all departments.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and consistency of performance data.
• Analyze data to identify trends, advise on KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to create action plans and with IT to maintain monitoring systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of experience in a project‑management environment on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and start‑up processes.
• Proven ability to prepare professional presentations and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience working internationally, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
