Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist role at our real estate development organization in Riyadh supports sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities. It ensures timely procurement of goods and services while achieving the best value, quality, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, RFQs, and supplier selection activities.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor deliveries and supplier performance.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and commercial terms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPS or equivalent certification is preferred.
