Photographer

About the role

The Photographer will produce high‑quality visual content that supports AtkinsRealis’ branding, marketing and communication goals. You will capture product shots, corporate portraits, event coverage and lifestyle images that reflect the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Capture detailed product photographs for online stores, catalogs and promotional material.
• Produce professional headshots of employees, executives and team members.
• Cover business events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches and team‑building activities.
• Create lifestyle and branding images that showcase workplace environments and team interactions.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet quality standards, adjusting lighting, colour and composition.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and other departments to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organise photography equipment, lighting and accessories.
• Manage shoot schedules and deliver final images within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business or commercial photography, including product, portrait and event work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
