Planning Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Manager to lead the master programme for our construction projects in Riyadh. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the master programme for construction projects, aligning timelines and resources with project goals.
• Oversee progress reporting using project management software, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement project controls, monitor performance, identify variances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to define and track KPIs, fostering continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting status, risks and recommendations.
• Lead cross‑functional planning sessions and mentor junior staff.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project planning and control.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior management.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members.
