Presentation Design Specialist

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Presentation Design Specialist to support the Program Controls Director and Reporting Manager. In this full‑time position you will create, format, and enhance presentations and project documentation that align with program standards and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and polish professional presentations that clearly communicate project objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Design and maintain project documentation such as reports, proposals, manuals, and templates.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with company and client branding, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with the Program Director, project managers, and team members to translate technical information into visually engaging materials.
• Develop and refine templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the program.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews to guarantee accuracy and high‑quality output before distribution.
• Assist with scheduling, file organization, and other administrative tasks related to project communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, visual arts, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in presentation and document design.
• Strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
