About the role
Join Honeywell as a Principal Channel Sales Representative, leading relationships with key industrial accounts and driving growth of connected‑industrial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead account management for key industrial customers, serving as the primary point of contact and developing account plans.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with marketing, project and after‑market support teams.
- Assess customer needs, conduct workshops and present solutions related to industrial IoT, automation and data analytics.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports for senior management and maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM tools.
- Foster collaboration across sales and technical teams and represent Honeywell at industry conferences and events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies.
- Strong understanding of industrial IoT, automation and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
