Principal Landscape Architect

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to lead high‑profile projects in Riyadh. The role combines design leadership, technical expertise, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver award‑winning landscape solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and direct junior staff in the execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and manage external sub‑consultants.
• Provide expert understanding of aesthetic, technical, resource and financial components of landscape architecture.
• Develop technical scopes of work, resource allocations and financial fees for project opportunities.
• Oversee construction administration on landscape projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, health and safety standards, sustainability regulations and regional construction methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience on large‑scale landscape strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Professional certification or chartered status is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
