Private Label Expert

About the role

The Private Label Expert will lead product planning for our overseas business, focusing on the development and management of Private Brand (PB) products. You will shape product strategies that match local consumer needs and drive market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategies and category structures based on market trends and user behavior.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimise assortment and enhance product competitiveness through data analysis.
• Lead end‑to‑end new product development, including selection, positioning, packaging, pricing and marketing coordination.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, quality control and operations to ensure effective execution.
• Build and continuously improve localized product management methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, product planning or procurement, preferably with Private Brand development.
• Proven ability to conduct market research, retail analysis and user insight studies.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; experience in overseas or cross‑border retail is a plus.
