Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement activities of EPCM projects within our mining and infrastructure portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures timely acquisition of goods and services while adhering to project procedures and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in procurement planning and execution for EPCM projects.
• Coordinate RFQs, manage supplier communications, and prepare bid documentation.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases and generate regular reports.
• Track supplier commitments, delivery schedules and monitor procurement milestones.
• Support bid evaluations, commercial reviews and supplier selection processes.
• Liaise with engineering, project controls, logistics and other project teams.
• Identify and monitor procurement risks, delivery issues and manage escalations.
• Ensure documentation complies with project procedures and governance.
• Assist with contract administration, supplier performance monitoring and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in EPCM, mining, construction or industrial projects.
• Understanding of procurement processes, purchasing, sourcing and supplier management.
• Knowledge of Saudi market practices and local content requirements is an asset.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
