Procurement & Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Procurement & Inventory Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process and ensure that all materials and operational supplies are available on time, at the right quality and cost. This on‑site position supports multiple departments and works closely with warehouses, suppliers and customs authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and validate purchase requests from various departments.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and conduct price comparisons.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouses to confirm receipt of materials according to specifications.
• Track invoices and maintain procurement‑related financial documentation.
• Maintain and update the supplier database and generate performance reports.
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure compliance.
• Resolve supply delays by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms.
• Handle import procedures and oversee customs clearance.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating material availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, contracts and invoicing.
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.
• Hands‑on experience with supplier management, import procedures and customs clearance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
