About the role
The Operational Procurement Specialist ensures that material purchasing, logistics coordination, and system data maintenance are executed efficiently for New Installation projects. This position supports project timelines by guaranteeing timely delivery of goods, accurate SAP data, and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage material purchasing activities and follow‑up within subsystem processes for NI projects.
- Maintain and update STO data accurately in SAP, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Dispatch and manage Design Amendment Notices, Advanced Goods Preparation Notices, and Nonconforming Product Disposition Sheets.
- Coordinate goods delivery, monitor product quality, and resolve non‑conformance issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project execution and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- College degree or higher, preferably in Information Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management, procurement, logistics or similar roles.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- SAP system proficiency.
- Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and Word.
