Procurement Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Procurement Manager will oversee end‑to‑end purchasing activities, including sourcing coffee, equipment, packaging, and other supplies that meet Wooden Coffee’s quality, cost, and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source coffee, equipment, packaging and other supplies while ensuring quality, cost and sustainability standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Analyze market trends and inventory needs to support operations, finance and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and optimise processes to reduce risk.
• Support long‑term supply strategies aligned with business growth.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in procurement and supplier evaluation.
• Strong contract negotiation and management skills.
• Robust analytical abilities to assess pricing, quality and market data.
• Background in supply chain, purchasing or operations within food & beverage or related industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and familiarity with local regulatory practices (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement or ERP software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
