Procurement Officer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to join our construction team in Riyadh. You will support high‑end interior projects across hospitality, retail and commercial sectors, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services while adhering to budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers and evaluate pricing and quality for consumable materials.
• Perform early site visits and coordinate with project teams to understand priorities.
• Manage the full procurement cycle using the HIVE system, from internal requests and RFQs to purchase orders and approvals.
• Register new suppliers in HIVE in collaboration with the ERP team.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, clarify technical or commercial queries, and ensure timely offer submission.
• Collaborate with technical and quality teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
