About the role
Saint-Gobain is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage local purchases for Saudi Serpo Co. The role ensures timely delivery of goods and services while supporting the company’s sustainability and cost‑efficiency goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all local procurement activities for Saudi Serpo Co.
- Execute purchasing and sourcing to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent service quality.
- Support tendering processes and assist with contract management.
- Oversee procurement administration, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle banking transactions, letters of credit, document acceptance, and shipping documentation in line with international trade terms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
