Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will lead multi‑category purchasing activities across Saudi Arabia, supporting administrative offices, marketing services and operational functions such as leasing, maintenance, insurance and IT. This role ensures end‑to‑end procurement execution, supplier development and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive procurement for diverse categories, including office services, marketing, and operational support.
• Execute the full procurement cycle: demand integration, sourcing, negotiation, contract signing, order tracking and delivery acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a network of local suppliers to achieve cost optimisation and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to handle import customs clearance and SABER certification, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Produce regular procurement data analyses and market condition reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in multi‑category, localized procurement within the Middle East.
• Fluent English (working language); Arabic or Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of full procurement processes, ERP systems, business negotiation and data analysis.
• Saudi nationality or a valid Saudi work visa (Iqama).
