Procurement Specialist

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is looking for a detail‑oriented, commercially minded Procurement Specialist to join its Supply Chain Department. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the specialist will apply procurement best practices to source goods and services that meet the company’s project and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes to support business and project requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders, contracts and commercial terms.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor supplier performance and relationships.
• Track order execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Manage supplier risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead or support procurement activities for assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
