Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for our projects in Dammam. The role involves sourcing, evaluating and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from RFQ issuance through PO placement and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality and delivery criteria.
• Prepare and analyse RFQs, quotations, commercial evaluations and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QA/QC and suppliers to ensure project compliance.
• Follow up on material approvals, delivery schedules and supplier commitments.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical submittals and required project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven procurement experience, preferably in construction, contracting or project‑based environments.
• Experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
• Currently available to work in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and commercial evaluation.
