About the role

Canonical is seeking a Product Manager focused on data‑driven solutions. You will join a globally distributed product team that shapes open‑source software strategy, defines product vision, and drives execution for data‑centric offerings across cloud, AI, and IoT markets.

Key responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision for data‑related services.
Prioritise features and roadmap items based on market demand and business impact.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and community contributors to deliver high‑quality releases.
Gather user feedback, analyse metrics, and iterate on product improvements.
Represent the product internally and externally, aligning stakeholders on strategy and goals.

Required profile

Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for open‑source technology.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Experience working in fast‑moving, distributed teams.
