Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of our digital products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create customer‑focused solutions that generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritising features based on impact.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Compliance, Customer Care, Marketing, and Business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog, sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of new features.
• Define product KPIs, monitor performance and iterate based on data.
• Conduct user research and analyse customer feedback to improve the experience.
• Incorporate compliance requirements into every stage of product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or Saudi fintech environment.
• Proven track record of launching digital products.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
