Product Manager – Voice AI & AI Agents

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI startup in Saudi Arabia, building innovative Voice AI and AI agent solutions. As a Product Manager you will own key areas of our platform, working closely with engineering, design and operations to turn customer needs into successful products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for key areas of the platform.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Design to scope, prioritize, and ship features.
• Define success metrics and use data and insights to inform product decisions.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis across the Saudi and MENA markets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive successful product launches and iterations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, communications, or AI.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Understanding of the Saudi market and local user needs.
• Experience taking products or features from 0 to 1 in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Technical fluency with the ability to work effectively with Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and product development principles.
