Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Saudi National) – Riyadh

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad's medical device portfolio to both new and existing customers across Riyadh. The role combines consultative sales, after‑sales support, and in‑service training to ensure customers receive optimal product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create sales opportunities through regular customer visits and consultative selling.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in‑service training at customer sites.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, including contact details and equipment information.
• Submit weekly sales and marketing reports and assist with accounts receivable follow‑up.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements.
• Represent Imdad at conferences, workshops, and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of experience selling medical devices, preferably in dermatology.
• Valid KSA driving license and personal vehicle.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Effective time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
