Product Specialist – Orthodontic Solutions

About the role

The Product Specialist will accelerate growth and adoption of Ormco’s Fixed Appliances portfolio (wires, brackets) and Spark Clear Aligners across the MEA region. Combining deep product and clinical knowledge with strong commercial execution, the role aims to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support Ormco’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration of Ormco wires, brackets, and Spark Aligners within the assigned territory.
• Support territory objectives through effective account management, opportunity identification, and disciplined execution.
• Partner closely with end‑users, sales representatives and channel partners to execute growth plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitive products, market trends and clinical evidence in coordination with the clinical and education teams.
• Build trusted relationships with orthodontists and key decision‑makers, supporting Spark customer onboarding and case success.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent product messaging and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dental or orthodontic product sales within the MEA region.
• Strong clinical understanding of fixed orthodontic appliances and clear aligner therapy.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead validation to product delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with orthodontic professionals.
