About the role

Unifones is a fast‑growing SaaS startup that transforms business communications. As an Account Executive you will work remotely to develop new business, nurture strategic client relationships, and meet quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key decision‑makers within target accounts and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Create compelling sales pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and account status in the CRM system.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets set by sales management.
  • Cross‑sell and up‑sell existing customers through regular follow‑ups.
  • Renew contracts on schedule and keep clients informed about new products.
  • Resolve customer issues and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions.
  • Develop closing strategies together with sales leadership.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of recent B2B experience in the Information Technology or Telecom sector.
  • Proven ability in territory development, lead generation, and qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle across multiple industries.
  • Effective communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required skills

  • CRM (experience with a Customer Relationship Management system)
