Production Lead – Project Development

About the role

The Production Lead supports the Project Development team throughout all project phases, from concept to hand‑over. Working under guidance, the Lead assists in analysis, documentation, coordination and presentation tasks to ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the refinement of project scope, objectives and KPIs, ensuring clear documentation for delivery teams.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical studies, site analyses and environmental reports.
• Coordinate inputs across planning, design, finance, legal, procurement and external consultants.
• Prepare RFPs, TORs and evaluation materials for consultants and advisors.
• Develop internal and external presentations for steering committees, governance processes and approvals.
• Maintain project records such as risk registers, schedules and design documentation.
• Collaborate with senior team members, mentor junior staff and help maintain quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Planning, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in project development, feasibility studies or engineering (internships acceptable).
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
