Production Operator – FMCG Manufacturing

About the role

The operator will join a leading FMCG and beverage manufacturing company in Madinah Industrial City. The role focuses on running production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and supporting quality and safety standards to ensure efficient output.

Key responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials against production orders.
• Operate production machinery following approved standard operating procedures.
• Perform testing procedures to verify correct machine operation during production.
• Monitor production line equipment and parameters, reporting any abnormalities or faults.
• Participate in shift operational reviews and discuss performance issues.
• Verify production dates and batch numbers on finished products.
• Conduct water‑treatment sampling and basic analysis using designated tools.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment logs.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with safety inspections and report potential hazards.
• Carry out chemical cleaning of manufacturing equipment when required.
• Monitor water‑consuming equipment across the facility.
• Use warehouse mobility devices for material transactions in the ERP system.
• Support waste‑reduction initiatives covering manpower, materials, and machines.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage production.
• Experience with plastic blow molding, injection molding, or labeling equipment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a shift‑based, production environment with strong safety awareness.

Required skills

• Operation of plastic blow molding, injection molding, and labeling equipment.
• Use of ERP systems for material transactions.
• Operation of warehouse mobility devices (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks).
• Water‑treatment sampling and basic analytical techniques.
