About the role

We are seeking a Professional Development Consultant to engage individuals interested in leadership and personal growth. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work independently, using established digital marketing systems to connect with prospects and guide them through development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage digital marketing strategies and internal platforms to attract individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs.
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand each prospect’s goals and provide tailored information.
• Build and maintain professional relationships through personalized communication and consistent follow‑up.
• Apply established processes and frameworks while exercising sound professional judgment.
• Manage your own schedule, priorities, and daily activities with full autonomy.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training to enhance your own capabilities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, learning & development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading thoughtful one‑to‑one conversations.
• Self‑directed, proactive, organized, with a proven ability to manage responsibilities independently.
• Sound professional judgment and comfort working within established systems and processes.
• Genuine interest in continuous personal and professional development.
