Project Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

As a Project Account Manager you will be the primary solution consultant on large construction sites, providing end‑to‑end business support and promoting Hilti’s innovative software and services. The role combines consultative selling with hands‑on product demonstrations, building strong relationships with customers to deliver cost‑efficient, cutting‑edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites, acting as the main point of contact from project inception to completion.
• Develop deep understanding of relevant applications and recommend optimal solutions for each trade.
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, trainings and workshops to showcase new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, troubleshoot contractor issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify growth opportunities, propose action steps, and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 2‑3 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Proven project management abilities and experience handling construction jobsites.
• Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic “can‑do” attitude with solid business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
