Project Control Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Control Manager to lead cost control, planning, risk, and performance reporting across a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects. The role will establish robust project control frameworks, monitor performance against baselines, and provide data‑driven insights to senior management to ensure projects are delivered on scope, budget, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project control policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, including cost management, scheduling, earned value management, change and risk management.
• Develop and enforce work breakdown structures, cost breakdown structures, and coding standards aligned with contractual requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash‑flow projections for all projects.
• Prepare and validate monthly cost reports, cost‑to‑complete, estimate‑at‑completion, and earned value analyses.
• Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of master schedules, baseline programs, and look‑ahead schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Conduct critical‑path, float, delay, and time‑impact analyses; identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to track commitments, expenditures, and accruals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project controls for large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
