Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of engineering and construction projects by ensuring seamless communication and coordination among contractors, consultants, and client representatives. This role blends administrative, technical, and interpersonal responsibilities to keep projects on track from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Attend site meetings and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve technical coordination issues across engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and distribute coordination and progress reports; follow up on action items.
• Monitor and follow up on Variation Orders (VOs).
• Ensure proper coordination throughout all project phases, from initiation to hand‑over.
• Support both office‑based and site‑based tasks as required.

Required profile

• General understanding of all phases of project execution.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination in construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to track issues, follow up actions, and ensure closure.
• Arabic: native or fluent; English: good spoken and written proficiency.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to deadlines.
• Capability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
