Project Director (Site-Based) – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Project Director (Site‑Based) with a strong engineering background to lead the delivery of a complex building project in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing all project management and engineering activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate site‑based project teams, fostering accountability and performance.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients and authorities, providing regular progress updates.
• Prepare and control project budgets, forecast costs and produce financial reports.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance, performing site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within construction or engineering environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale building projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage clients, authorities and community representatives.
