Project Manager – Agriculture & Palm

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead agriculture and palm‑related projects for our Riyadh office. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring high quality and timely results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors to guarantee seamless execution.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct project meetings, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in agriculture or palm industries.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project management software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
