About the role
This full‑time Project Manager role is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi nationals only. The Project Manager supports the Head of Programs, KSA and the wider Program Team in preparing, coordinating and delivering customer proposals and tenders, and is accountable for safe, compliant delivery of projects across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, requirements and delivery conditions aligned with customer expectations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through installation, integration, testing, commissioning, operational readiness and final handover.
- Plan, execute, monitor and control project activities to ensure delivery within approved scope, budget and schedule.
- Proactively manage risks and engage stakeholders to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and operational excellence throughout the project.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical), Aviation Systems, Project Management or a related discipline.
- 7‑10 years of project delivery experience, including 3‑5 years in airport, aviation, security screening, baggage handling or mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering security screening system projects, including installation, integration, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Strong understanding of airport operations, construction in live environments, stakeholder coordination and aviation security requirements.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
