Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives from planning through delivery. You will coordinate internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of cybersecurity projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers and third‑party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and status updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track budgets, resources and overall project performance.
• Conduct project review meetings and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, cybersecurity standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards: NCA ECC, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions: SOC, GRC, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, Cloud Security.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
