Project Manager – Earthworks & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale earthworks and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning through handover while ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project phases from initial planning to successful handover.
• Direct site activities such as deep excavations, grading, earthworks and infrastructure network installation.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and government authorities.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards and proactively manage project risks.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related engineering discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience managing major infrastructure and earthworks projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, heavy machinery management and quantity surveying.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
