Project Manager – Energy Projects (Dammam)

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value, long‑term partnership projects for Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division in Dammam. You will ensure projects align with strategic objectives, meet customer requirements, and are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control complex O&G and energy projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and milestone trackers.
• Monitor performance against key metrics, analyse deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large‑scale projects in the energy or related industrial sector.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
