Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of engineering projects, from planning to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Enforce quality assurance and occupational health & safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate work across civil, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, and prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and approved engineering standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience in engineering project management.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale budgets.
