Project Manager – Facility Management

About the role

The Project Manager will lead day‑to‑day delivery of Facility Management services across an assigned site or cluster of sites. Acting as the primary operational interface between Saudi Union and the client, the role ensures contractual SLAs, preventive maintenance schedules, health & safety standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all FM hard and soft services, including MEP maintenance, civil works, cleaning, landscaping and security.
• Log, assign and close daily work orders (reactive and planned) within SLA timelines using the CAFM system.
• Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and coordinate subcontractor mobilisation.
• Conduct daily site walks, inspections and quality checks of assets and service delivery.
• Serve as the main on‑site contact for the client, attend meetings, produce minutes and track actions.
• Supervise, schedule and performance‑manage site staff, conduct toolbox talks and coordinate with HR on attendance and training.
• Enforce Saudi Union HSE policy, conduct safety inspections, manage permit‑to‑work procedures and report incidents.
• Monitor site‑level expenditure, validate subcontractor performance and support invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Facility Management operations on site.
• Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and specialist service providers.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a track record of handling service requests and escalations.
• Solid understanding of HSE policies, permit‑to‑work processes and regulatory compliance.
• Experience monitoring budgets, controlling costs and preparing performance reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.
