Project Manager - Fit Out Works

About the role

ABYAT, the largest retail store in the Middle East, is seeking a Project Manager – Fit Out Works to lead the delivery of post‑sales, installation and logistics projects across its new Saudi Arabia locations. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from order confirmation through installation, logistics coordination, site completion and customer hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of assigned fit‑out and installation projects, developing detailed execution plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables; implement mitigation actions proactively.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards and executive reports (RAG/Go‑No‑Go).
• Manage on‑site installation activities, coordinate logistics, and supervise subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and technical standards throughout the project.

Required profile

• Engineering background with at least 10 years of project management experience in construction or retail fit‑out environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh and adapt to local regulations.
