Project Manager – High‑Rise Building (Makkah)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high‑rise building project in Makkah. The role involves overseeing all phases from design through construction, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, management and delivery of the project from inception to handover.
• Coordinate design development, construction supervision and site execution activities.
• Manage contracts in line with FIDIC principles and monitor progress against schedules and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions, while providing regular executive‑level reporting.
• Oversee construction supervision to ensure quality, safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (recognised university).
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in senior project‑manager or resident‑engineer roles.
• Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC and other construction contracts.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Experience in cost and budget monitoring, risk management and change/variation management.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
