Project Manager

About the role

Stevens Group Adelaide is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple structural steel projects across the northern suburbs of Adelaide. The role is full‑time and onsite, focusing on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multiple site projects to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
• Ensure all works comply with WHSE, QA, and building regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise trades, employees, and subcontractors.
• Manage logistics such as transport, cranes, and site equipment.
• Participate in project and construction team meetings.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maximise team productivity.
• Support the development of team skills and capabilities.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
