Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to join the Operations team of NEXT GCC, a fast‑growing experiential agency delivering live events, exhibitions, and brand experiences across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, procurement and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities.
• Prepare project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead on‑site event delivery when required and ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management within live events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or entertainment.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience managing suppliers, logistics and operational planning.
• Budget management experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management software.
