Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi Project Manager to lead projects from brief to final delivery within our Jeddah‑based creative agency. The role involves coordinating branding, design, digital marketing, media production and events to ensure quality, budget compliance and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end project timelines, resources and deliverables across multiple creative disciplines.
• Coordinate daily communication between clients, internal creative teams, suppliers, vendors and external partners.
• Monitor scope, budget, deadlines and quality, preparing status and completion reports.
• Handle logistics, expediting and timely delivery of services and materials.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and drive projects forward.
• Ensure smooth handovers and maintain comprehensive project records.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 2 years of project‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in a creative agency, marketing, events, media production or design environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project‑management tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva for presentations, proposals and visual assets.
