Project Manager – Lighting Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Project Manager to lead high‑profile lighting projects from concept through delivery. The role requires deep experience in the lighting industry, a strong engineering background, and proven ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver large‑scale lighting projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding expectations.
• Mentor project team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related technical field.
• PMP certification (required).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in lighting, architectural lighting, electrical or construction sectors; GCC experience preferred.
• Strong engineering background with solid understanding of electrical systems, architectural design and lighting applications.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
