Project Manager – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of operations, maintenance, cleaning and hospitality services for the organization’s headquarters in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring all activities meet the required standards, schedules and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project team and oversee the execution of operations, maintenance, cleaning and hospitality services.
• Develop, monitor and enforce operations and maintenance plans in line with contractual requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc performance reports to the organization.
• Coordinate closely with the organization’s Project Manager/Representative throughout the contract period.
• Supervise specialized subcontractors (fire protection, security, elevators, etc.) and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination.
• Review subcontractor performance, analyse periodic reports and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for all service areas, including risk and emergency mitigation plans.
• Oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within facilities or operations maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of risk, emergency management and performance monitoring practices.
