Project Manager (PFE) – Expo 2030 Riyadh

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Project Manager (PFE) to lead field engineering activities for the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. The role will oversee the Build Contractor, ensure safety and quality standards, and guide multidisciplinary field engineers throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and promote a strong project safety culture, enforcing both Company and Customer safety policies.
• Lead the quality program, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Provide direction and mentorship to less‑experienced field engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the Build Contractor’s performance on early works, utilities, streets, parks and other publicly accessible spaces.
• Coordinate with the Expo 2030 Riyadh Company (ERC) to align construction activities with the master plan and legacy development goals.

• Proven problem‑solving skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, multinational project environment.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary field engineering teams.

Required skills

• Full working knowledge of construction engineering practices.
