Project & Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

The Project & Transformation Senior Manager will lead strategic initiatives within the Global Payment Solutions (GPS) division of Corporate & Institutional Banking. Based in Riyadh, the role focuses on delivering technology‑driven projects that align with the division’s objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic projects in line with GPS objectives and support business case approvals.
• Develop workforce forecasts and contribute to the department’s workforce plan.
• Coordinate GPS initiatives with IT, FCD, HR, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a project‑management framework for GPS projects.
• Analyze, streamline and prioritize projects to optimize performance.
• Monitor and control project execution, particularly IT‑related deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation and review of the Annual Technology Plan (ATP) for IT projects.
• Provide end‑to‑end project governance from initiation through commercialization and rollout.
• Maintain and manage CRM and CCM systems supporting GPS functions.
• Publish monthly management dashboards to track progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and transformation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology, MIS or a related field.
