Promotional Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Promotional Planning Coordinator is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end promotion lifecycle, ensuring campaigns align with brand and trade calendars. This role acts as the operational hub between commercial, marketing, operations and supply‑chain teams to guarantee timely and accurate promotion execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized promotion calendar, defining timelines, mechanics and deliverables for all campaigns.
• Validate pricing, dates, SKUs and approvals to ensure promotions are booked correctly and launched without errors.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication, sharing promotion details and escalating risks related to timing or approvals.
• Monitor live promotions in‑market, ensuring correct pricing, visibility and compliance, and support field teams with execution issues.
• Maintain detailed trackers for promotion status, milestones and completion, providing regular updates to marketing and commercial teams.
• Collect and organize promotion documentation, proofs and approvals for claims and compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Workable knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing large data files.
• Team player able to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Highly responsible and capable of meeting strict deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
• Proactive attitude to automate repetitive tasks and optimise the promotion process.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
