Public Relations Manager

About the role

Shape the reputation of one of the Middle East’s most prestigious real‑estate brands as a Public Relations Manager in Riyadh. The role is designed for a communications professional with a strong agency background who is ready to move in‑house and lead high‑impact PR for a portfolio of landmark developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and international media.
• Create press releases, media kits, executive communications and thought‑leadership content.
• Manage media enquiries, interviews and press events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support project launches, corporate announcements and brand campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and provide reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Support crisis communications planning and reputation management.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience working within a PR agency (essential).
• Proven track record managing high‑profile clients and delivering successful communications campaigns.
• Strong network of media contacts across the GCC (highly desirable).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in real‑estate, property, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors is beneficial.
