Purchasing Management Officer

About the role

The Purchasing Management Officer will lead sourcing, purchasing and procurement activities within an automotive environment. This role focuses on cost control, localization management and the development of partner and employee training plans.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Perform strong data analysis for cost management, localization tracking and procurement policy compliance.
• Develop and implement partner level‑up and employee training programs.
• Oversee drawing management and EO distribution.
• Manage development localization schedules and establish purchasing strategies.
• Control localization progress, cost, and investment budgets.
• Administer LCPGA and procurement policy adherence.
• Handle team and project budgeting for purchasing activities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to understand and manage cost structures and part development processes.
